■ Consent to collection of personal information
When you click the consent mark of page, , k-eta.co will assume that the applicant agree to all the conditions of Processing Personal information.
■ Items to collect
The purpose of collecting Personal information of k-eta.co is performance of application for ETA.Items to collect : Name, Birth Date, Gender, Contact Point, e-mail, Passport No. Passport- Issued-Date, Expiry date of Passport, Passport Issued Nation) Breach of laws, history of usage of the service, contact log, cokies, IP address, history of payment

All the personal data will be used only for application for ETA and will not be supplied to marketing activity.
■ Storing personal information
All the personal information submitted to k-eta.co will be destroyed unless the fee is paid. All the personal information will be stored for two (2) years. After two (2) years any data or information will be removed.
When the applicant requests for delete of ETA, all the related information will be destroyed immediately.
■ Minors
k-eta.co has the right to refuse minors’ request for application for ETA.
■ Marketing
k-eta.co does not share nor sell any personal information in any form KETA Inc. will not utilize the personal data (information) for any form of marketing.
■ Automatic collection of personal data (about using cookie)
k-eta.co will sometimes utilize the cookie to store and detect the information of an applicant.
Cookies is a small text file sent to the client’s browser by KETA Inc.’s server and stored in the hard disk of the client’s computer. k-eta.co will use the cookies for the following purpose.
▶ Purpose of using cookie : analyze the visiting time and contact frequency of the client
The client has the right to installation of cookie. The client can allow all cookies, confirm every time that cookies is stored or refuse storage of any cookie. If the client does not allow installation of cookie, the service may work incorrectly.
■ Spam mail
k-eta.co does not send any spam mail. k-eta.co does not request any information about the client’s credit card or bank information for protection of the personal data.
■ Security
k-eta.co’s server is installed in Korea and stores all the personal data and information. All the personal data will managed in safety and any information will be eternally erased by the client’s demand.
The information on payment by the client will be stored in another server for six(6) months for checking in case of arbitration.
k-eta.co’s server always works in the best condition protected by excellent Fire Wall and encryption skill performed by trustful security company.
